Advanced Order Form

We’re so excited to finally offer advanced ordering for your large events! Our advanced pre-order system is ideal for those looking to secure a substantial quantity of blooms. There will be a limited number of advanced pre-order slots available per month. Read through all of the information carefully prior to submitting an inquiry.

Please be advised that filling out this form does not a guarantee fulfillment of the flowers or order. We can only accomodate a select number of advanced pre-orders per month. Once your form has been submitted in its entirety, our market manager will contact you regarding your order and communicate availability.

Please make sure you have info@jerseycutflowers.com in your email contacts so that our communication does not go to spam. We are working with multiple growers and their live inventory, your prompt response to communication regarding your order is extremely appreciated!

It is required that you add Jersey Cut Flower Market as a "trusted seller" in your Rooted Farmers account in order to place an advanced pre-order. To do this, go into your Rooted account under settings, payment methods, click manage trusted sellers, under find a seller type in Jersey Cut Flower Market and hit add.

Once our market manager has communicated with you and the JCFM growers, you will receive an invoice to approve. The deadline to approve this invoice is the Tuesday prior (8 DAYS) to your quested pick up. If you fail to provide approval by this time, all bunches will be released back into our inventory.

Important to note:

This process should be initiated by the buyer 2-4 weeks prior to your desired pick up date (the Wednesday market before your event). The latest date to put in an advanced preorder request in is two weeks prior to your desired pick up date, otherwise you must order from our scheduled weekly pre-order (Thursday mornings at 7 am!).

Additional details and a sample timeline for the advanced ordering process is available in the Advanced Ordering Guide. There is a 50 bunch total minimum to place an advanced pre-order. We highly encourage flexility and openness to product suggestions and substitutions.
