In case of quality issues with your purchases, please fill out the following form within 24 hours after the market.
JCFM is unable to honor any claims made after 24 hours.
Claim requests may not be approved in the following situations:
If you are unable to properly care for your flowers such as proper hydration and temperature control, you may forfeit your ability to make quality claims.
If the product meets the description the grower has specified in the product listing on Rooted (stem height, color, etc.) you may not submit a claim. If the description does not match, please submit a claim using the form.

Photo evidence of faulty product must be time stamped within 24 hours of purchase should JCFM need to review.
